So, The Count was getting ready to go on vacation and requested some scripts ahead of time so he could get the drawn up for me before he left.

I'm sure he was expecting more along the lines of a few talking head panels and less along the lines of giant robot standing over ornate architecture.

So, today I went to St. Gregory's Elementary to talk to Ms. Enyeart's second graders about books. It was a grand time, and towards the end they made their very own three panel comic, choosing the characters, the words, and drawing it all entirely amongst themselves. It is the story of a fairy, a dinosaur, and a softball in a glove. They came up with many different stories involving the three: "The Dinosaur and the Fairy play catch with the softball", "The fairy sprinkles pixie dust on the softball and orders it to attack the Dinosaur." But, the ultimate winner was "The dinosaur eats the pixie and the softball is largely indifferent to the tragedy."
