So, I drew up my dream orchestra, looked at it, and discovered pretty much the last panel, namely that everybody on it was either female or Jewish. There were exceptions: I'm pretty sure Dennis Brain was as gentile as they come, Richard Stolzman, and the like, but otherwise, yeah...

I am back from a trip to Philadelphia. The function of which seemed to be gorging endlessly on the foodstuffs on my ancestors.

There are not many days that offer up the chance to have a pork roll sandwich with a side of scrapple for breakfast, so one must cherish them when they arrive. (While also being grateful that, for the sake of my functioning heart, such days are few and far between.)

I also enjoyed hoagies, soft pretzels, Tastykakes, crabcakes, cheesesteaks, and cheesesteak stromboli.
