Okay, vaguely Lovecraftian aliens were in the last arc and overtly Lovecraftian things have been happening in this arc, but I promise that the next arc will contain one-hundred percent things man was meant to know.
So yeah, Elder God with a city on its shell. I guess I was thinking about the ol' "Ph'nglui mglw'nafh C'thulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn" line and was wondering what it would be like if the home was the city was a shell. Kind of like a snail.
We were also just speculating about the kinds of monsters that might inhabit the sea and the compositions of their shells.

I totally slacked on the last panel... what Geoff asked for was a squid-headed turtle with a city for a shell and lobster claws WITH Trinity College in the background... The background he got is SLIGHTLY different, being, namely, Empty Sky (underrated Elton John album, by the by...)
